Subject Matter:  This week we spent more time in the book of Hebrews exploring the ramifications of Jesus work on the cross in relation to the New Covenant.  We looked at how a proper understanding of the New Covenant will have a very positive, tangible, and practical effect on the way we relate to God.  We also examined a verse in Hebrews that is often misunderstood and problematic for people that are learning about the New Covenant.  We saw how the context of the book provides the correct interpretation of that verse.
