God Heals a Nun

A friend of mine asked if we could pray for his sister.  We agreed, and we all met in a private place to talk and pray.

When we met his sister, she shared with us that she is a nun in the Catholic church.  She said that she was having pain in her back, and in one of her shoulders.  I asked her permission to place my hand on her back and pray

for her.  Then I commanded the pain to leave, and her body to recover and be healed.  (Note that I am not commanding God to do something, I am commanding physical things to obey God and submit to His will…because His will is for her body to be healed.)

I asked her if it felt any different.  She said it felt a little better.  So we prayed again, and she was shocked at the difference!  She got up and started walking around and moving her arm and saying how good she felt.  You could tell that she was very moved, and very thankful.

As she was walking back and forth, we noticed that she was limping,  So we asked her about that.  She said that her legs were uneven…one was longer than the other…and that was the reason she walked that way.

I asked her to sit back down, and slide all the way back in her chair.  Then I knelt in front of her and asked her if I could hold her feet and ankles straight out in front of her.  We looked at her ankles and feet, and it was obvious that they were not lined up…one was longer than the other.  So in Jesus name I spoke to her body and told it to line up, I told her leg to grow out in Jesus name.  Then we watched it as it moved and grew and lined up perfectly with the other leg.  She was again very shocked at this, and she exclaimed “MY SKELETON MOVED!!”

We had her get up and walk around, and she was walking normal, and kept saying how good it felt.  We were clapping and laughing and thanking God for the opportunity to witness something like this.

Then I asked her if there was anything else that we could pray for.  She said her eyesight needed prayer.  She had cataracts in both eyes that caused things to look cloudy.  In addition, she her vision was becoming blurry as well.   I do not remember the name of the condition that caused the blurry vision.

I had her look at a clock on the wall to get a gauge of how her vision was currently.  Cloudy and blurry.  Then, following the example of Jesus, I commanded her eyes to obey God and be healed.  After praying like this a few times, her vision went from cloudy and blurry to clear.  She could see the clock and it looked normal.  God healed her eyes!

At this point we were all so excited that I hardly knew what to say.  She gave us a hug and thanked us for praying with her, and we all praised the Lord Jesus for His healing power.  I felt particularly honored that I was able to minister to someone that had dedicated her life to the Lord.
