Sons and Daughters of the Living God
There are many different things the Holy Spirit does in and through the believers. In this class we take a look at many of them, and show how the Baptism with the Holy Spirit (and the ability to speak in tongues that comes with it) is not the same as the gifts of the Spirit, or the fruit of the Spirit, or any of the other workings of the Holy Spirit.
Over the years, I have found that there are many Christians that are unsure about the differences between receiving eternal life through faith in Christ, water baptism, and the Baptism with the Holy Spirit. In this class I spent a lot of time going over the purpose and effects of salvation, looking at how that differs from being baptized in water, and from being baptized with the Holy Spirit.
