There are many different things the Holy Spirit does in and through the believers. “CHARIS” is a word in the original Greek language of the New Testament. It is often translated as grace, kindness, favour, blessing, etc.
It means “unmerited favor.” It means “goodwill that is not deserved.” It means “something very good given to someone who is undeserving.”
